Whether you're a seasoned reseller or just getting started, here's what you need to know about buying pallets and truckloads from Legacy Liquidators.

What are wholesale pallets?+

Wholesale pallets are large lots of merchandise — typically overstock, customer returns, or liquidated goods — sold in bulk on a single pallet. It's how bin stores, resellers, and flea market vendors buy inventory in volume at a steep discount off retail value.

What makes Legacy Liquidators different from other liquidators?+

Liquidation has been in our family for more than 55 years. It started with our grandfather, who was pulling in as many as 25 loads a week from retailers like QVC, Sears, and JCPenney back when that kind of volume was rare for a family-run operation. That business was passed down through two more generations before Kevin and Lance branched off to build Legacy Liquidators.

What that means for you is simple — we're not new to this. We know how to source honestly, price fairly, and treat every buyer, whether it's your first pallet or your five-hundredth, the way we'd want to be treated ourselves.

How can I purchase pallets from Legacy Liquidators?+

The easiest way is to set up an appointment with Kevin or Lance — reach out through our Contact page and we'll get you scheduled. You can also send us a direct message on Facebook and we'll walk you through availability and pricing from there.

Is there a minimum purchase?+

No minimum purchase is required — whether you're picking up a single Budget Pallet or a full truckload, we're happy to work with you. Buying in larger quantities does come with better per-unit pricing, so ask Kevin or Lance about bulk discounts if you're planning to buy in volume.

What kinds of products are available on your pallets?+

It varies by program — general merchandise, health and personal care, electronics, toys, and more, often mixed together within the same load. Take a look at our Programs page for a breakdown of what's typically included in each one, from Amazon FC HPC to CVS Unmanifested loads.

How much do wholesale pallets cost?+

Pricing depends on the program, size, and condition of the load. Some pallets are priced flat, others depend on what's currently available. Contact Kevin or Lance for current pricing on any program.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept cash, credit card, and CashApp. We're not able to accept checks. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing surcharge. Invoices and receipts are available on request for your records.

Do you offer delivery, or is it pickup only?+

Pickup is available by appointment at our warehouse in Lawtey, FL. We also offer delivery within 100 miles for an additional fee — just let Kevin or Lance know when you reach out, and we'll work out the details together.

Do I need a resale certificate to buy?+

A resale certificate isn't required to purchase from us, but having one on file means you won't be charged sales tax. If you don't have one, that's completely fine — sales tax will simply be added to your total.

Can I inspect a pallet before I buy it?+

Yes — you're welcome to look over a pallet before committing to it. The one thing we ask is that nothing gets moved between pallets or pulled out and set aside. It keeps things fair for every buyer who walks through, and it's a policy we hold everyone to, no exceptions — no cherry-picking.

Can I choose the items in my pallet?+

Pallet contents are predetermined and sold as-is, so you can't hand-pick individual items once a pallet is yours. That said, our programs are organized by source and category — like AMZ FC HPC or AMZ LPN Mediums — so you can choose the type of pallet that fits what you're looking to resell.

How often do you get new inventory?+

We aim to bring in new inventory weekly, though depending on availability from our sourcing programs, it can occasionally stretch to every two weeks. The best way to stay current is to follow us on Facebook, where we post live updates as new loads come in.

Is it possible to make a profit reselling items from your pallets?+

Absolutely — many of our customers build their resale business around pallets from Legacy Liquidators, buying in bulk at a discount and reselling individual items at a markup. That said, liquidation merchandise is sold as-is, and profit isn't guaranteed on any given load. We source carefully and price honestly so the odds are in your favor — it's rare that a customer walks away unhappy.

Do you offer returns, refunds, or exchanges?+

No — all sales are final, and everything is sold as-is, where-is. This is standard across the liquidation industry, since the nature of these loads means condition and contents can vary. We do our best to price and describe every program honestly up front so there are no surprises.
