Kerr's Auction Service Is Founded

Our grandfather opens the doors on what would become the longest continuously running auction house in Jacksonville, Florida.

Next Generation

Passed Down To Randy Kerr

After our grandfather's passing, his son Randy Kerr takes up the gavel and carries the auction house forward, with his brother Lyndel Kerr carrying on the Licensed Auctioneer tradition.

Present Day

Kevin Kerr Takes The Reins

The family tradition continues under Kevin Kerr. The original auction still runs today in Lawtey, Florida, now focused on livestock and agricultural goods.

Kevin & Lance Kerr Launch Legacy Liquidators

As online sales reshaped how people buy and sell, general merchandise and liquidation needed a home of its own. Brothers Kevin and Lance Kerr branch off from the family auction house to found Legacy Liquidators — applying a half-century of auction-house instincts to pallets, truckloads, and the resellers who depend on them. The name says it plainly: this business exists because of everything that came before it.
